Gluten Free Flour Blend Recipe

Ingredients : 
- 240g brown rice flour
- 100g potato starch
- 30g tapioca flour
- 1 tsp xanthan gum (optional, but does help to bind)

Preparation Method :
- Whisk the flours and gum, if using, together in a large mixing bowl and store in an airtight container in a dry place.
