Makes about : ½ cup

Ingredients : 
- 1 cup sesame seeds, toasted (see Tip)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ cup neutral oil, such as safflower

Preparation Method :
1) Place the sesame seeds and the salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade. With the processor running, pour the oil in through the feed tube. Process the mixture until smooth. 
2) Store the tahini in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month. The oil may separate, but that’s normal. Just stir it back together.

Tip: Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes.
