pb and j smoothies recipe

makes: 2 servings (1¾ cups each)

Preparation time : 10 minutes 

Ingredients : 
- 6 ounces light soft silken tofu
- 2⁄3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1¼ cups vanilla-flavor almond milk, chilled
- ½ cup grape juice, chilled
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup small ice cubes or crushed ice
- Fresh or frozen blueberries (optional)

Preparation Method :
In a blender combine tofu, berries, almond milk, juice, and peanut butter. Cover and blend until smooth. Gradually add ice through hole in lid of blender; blend until smooth. Pour into two tall glasses. If desired, garnish each serving with a few fresh or frozen blueberries.
