no bake white chocolate lime pie recipe

Ingredients : 
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 limes (1 zested for 1 tablespoon zest and all 3 juiced for ½ cup lime juice)
- 1 premade (9-inch) graham cracker piecrust

Preparation Method :
1) In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate for 30 seconds on HIGH. Then remove from the microwave and stir. Repeat, microwaving for 30 seconds and stirring, for a total of 1 minute, or two intervals of heating. If not smooth and creamy, microwave for another 15 seconds, stir, and set aside.

2) In another bowl, beat the cream with a hand mixer until soft peaks form, 2 minutes at medium speed. Slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk and beat until combined, 15 seconds. Slowly add the melted white chocolate and beat until combined, 15 seconds. Add the lime zest and juice and beat again until combined, 15 seconds.

3) Pour into the graham cracker piecrust and refrigerate for an hour (or overnight), until set, then slice and enjoy.

If there are any leftovers, this pie can be frozen and served as an ice-cream pie.
