Serves : servings 

Ingredients : 
- ¾ (13-ounce) bag tortilla chips
- 1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
- 2 cups Mexican-blend shredded cheese
- ½ cup sour cream (see note)
- ½ cup salsa, store-bought or homemade .

Preparation Method :
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

2) Spread the tortilla chips evenly on the prepared baking sheet and spoon dollops of refried beans over the chips.

3) Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the cheese over the chips and beans. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

4) Remove from the oven and dollop with the sour cream and salsa.

If you want to drizzle on the sour cream like a thick sauce, mix the sour cream with 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl. Spoon the mixture into a small, resealable plastic bag. Cut one bottom corner off the bag (yay—you’ve just made a piping bag!) and squeeze the sour cream over the nachos.
