Makes about : ½ cup

Ingredients : 
- 2 cups whole-milk plain yogurt
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation Method :
1) Set a medium sieve over a bowl, and line the sieve with several layers of cheesecloth. Add the yogurt to the sieve and stir in the salt. 

2) Fold the cheesecloth up and over the yogurt, making sure the yogurt is well covered. Set a small bowl on top of the covered yogurt to weight it down. 

3) Refrigerate for at least 8 hours for a creamy cheese and up to about 48 hours for labneh balls. Keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
