green bean and toasted almond salad recipe

Serves : servings 

Ingredients : 
- ¼ cup naturally sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pound fresh green beans, ends trimmed
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Preparation Method :
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spread the sliced almonds on the prepared baking sheet, and bake for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.

2) Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the green beans, garlic, and salt, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 12 to 15 minutes, or until slightly soft and some of the green beans have browned. Remove from the heat, sprinkle the feta cheese and almonds over the green beans, and serve.
