makes: 15 servings (1 roll each)

prep: 45 minutes     rise: 1 hour 30 minutes     bake: 25 minutes     cool: 5 minutes

Ingredients :
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar*
- 2 tablespoons tub-style vegetable oil spread
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup warm water (110°F to 115°F)
- 1 package active dry yeast
- ¼ cup refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed, or 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 4 to 4½ cups flour
- ½ cup rolled oats, toasted
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons tub-style vegetable oil spread
- ¼ cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 recipe Sour Cream Icing

sour cream icing: In a small bowl combine 1⁄3 cup light sour cream, ¼ cup powdered sugar, ¼ teaspoon vanilla, and enough fat-free milk (2 to 3 teaspoons) to make drizzling consistency.

Preparation Method :
1) In a small saucepan heat and stir milk, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil spread, and the salt just until warm (110°F to 115°F); set aside. In a large bowl combine the warm water and the yeast; let stand for 10 minutes. Add egg and milk mixture to yeast mixture. Using a wooden spoon, stir in as much of the flour as you can.

2) On a lightly floured surface knead in enough of the remaining flour to make a moderately soft dough that is smooth and elastic (3 to 5 minutes total). Shape dough into a ball. Place in a lightly greased bowl; turn once. Cover; let rise in a warm place until double (about 1 hour). Punch dough down. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Cover; let rest 10 minutes.

3) Lightly grease a 13×9×2-inch baking pan; set aside. Combine oats and cinnamon. Blend in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil spread until mixture is crumbly. Stir in pecans.

4) Roll dough into a 15×8-inch rectangle. Sprinkle with oat mixture, leaving a 1-inch space along one of the long sides. Starting from the long side with topping, roll up dough into a spiral. Pinch to seal seam. Slice into 15 pieces. Arrange pieces, cut sides up, in prepared baking pan. Cover; let rise in a warm place until nearly double (about 30 minutes).

5) Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Remove rolls from pan. Drizzle with Sour Cream Icing. Serve warm.

*sugar substitutes: Choose from Sweet’N Low Brown or Sugar Twin Granulated Brown. Follow package directions to use product amount equivalent to 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
