barbecue beef wrap recipe

Preparation time : 10 minutes 

Ingredients : 
- 2 ounces leftover roast beef, shredded (1⁄3 cup)
- 1 7- to 8-inch whole wheat flour tortilla
- 1 tablespoon bottled barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons packaged shredded broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)

Preparation Method :
- Arrange beef on the tortilla. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with cheese and broccoli; roll up. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for up to 24 hours.

to tote: Assemble beef wrap the night before, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill. Transport in an insulated lunch box with ice packs; refrigerate within 1 hour. Hold in the refrigerator for up to 5 hours.
