Triple Chocolate Sheet Cake Recipe

Ingredients : 
1) 1 box (15.25 oz) devil’s food or butter recipe chocolate cake mix with pudding in the mix
2) ½ cup sour cream
3) 1 cup water
4) 2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
5) 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or softened butter
6) 3 eggs
7) 1 container (16 oz) chocolate creamy ready-to-spread frosting
8) ¾ cup chopped pecans

Preparation Method :
1) Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Spray bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan with baking spray with flour.

2) In large bowl, beat cake mix, sour cream, water, cocoa, oil and eggs with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour batter into pan.

3) Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 45 minutes.

4) Spoon frosting into small microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High 20 to 30 seconds, stirring once, until pourable. Pour and spread frosting over cake. Sprinkle with pecans.
