Malted Milk Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients : 
- 5 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 cup chocolate-flavor malted milk powder
- ½ cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup whipping cream
- ½ cup chopped chocolate-covered malted milk balls

Preparation Method :
1) Heat oven to 350°F. Line bottom only of 13x9-inch pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.

2) In medium bowl, mix sugar, malted milk powder and cocoa. Add to cream cheese; beat on low speed until combined. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Beat in sour cream, vanilla and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until combined after each addition. Pour batter into pan.

3) Place pan in larger shallow pan in oven (see note below). Add hot water to shallow pan until half full. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until set.

4) Remove pan from water bath; place on cooling rack. Cool until lukewarm, about 1 hour. Invert cheesecake onto cookie sheet; remove pan and foil. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.

5) In chilled small bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Cut cheesecake into 6 rows by 3 rows. Garnish with whipped cream and chopped malted milk balls. Store covered in refrigerator.

*The bottom of an oven broiler pan works well for the shallow pan in this recipe.
