Layered Raspberry Chocolate Squares Recipe

Makes20 squares
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Start to Finish: 6 Hours 45 Minutes

Ingredients : 
CRUST
- 2 cups crushed chocolate wafer cookies (about 32 cookies)
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar

FILLING
- 1 cup chocolate fudge topping, slightly softened
- 1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1 pint (2 cups) raspberry sherbet, slightly softened
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen raspberries
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preparation Method :
1) In medium bowl, mix crust ingredients; reserve ¼ cup for topping. Press remaining mixture in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan to form crust. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

2) Spread chocolate fudge topping over crust. Spoon vanilla ice cream over chocolate layer. Place spoonfuls of sherbet randomly over ice cream; swirl gently into ice cream. Top with raspberries; press gently into sherbet. Spread whipped topping over raspberry/sherbet layer; sprinkle with reserved crumbs.

3) Cover; freeze 6 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut into 5 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in freezer.

The Wow Factor Make it look like a fancy restaurant dessert by dusting the dessert plates with finely crushed chocolate wafer crumbs before placing the dessert squares on them. Garnish with a few fresh berries.
