Union Jack Fruit Pizza Recipe

Ingredients : 
CRUST
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) sugar cookie mix
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 egg

FILLING
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla

TOPPING
- 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries

Preparation Method :
1) Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan with foil, leaving foil overhanging at 2 opposite sides of pan; spray foil with cooking spray.

2) In large bowl, stir crust ingredients until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan.

3) Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 30 minutes. Use foil to lift crust from pan to serving plate.

4) In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Spread mixture over crust. Arrange fruit over filling to look like Union Jack flag.

5) Refrigerate at least 1 hour until chilled. Cut into 5 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

*The Wow Factor For added shine and sweetness, in small microwavable bowl, mix ½ cup orange, peach or apricot preserves and 1 tablespoon water. Microwave uncovered on High 30 seconds; stir until smooth. Brush over fruit after arranging on filling.
