brown sugar–cinnamon cream cheese bagels recipe

makes: 8 servings (½ of a mini bagel, 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture, and 1 tablespoon granola each)

prep: 15 minutes        chill: up to 2 hours

Ingredients : 
- ½ cup light tub-style cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries, mashed slightly
- 1½ tablespoons packed brown sugar*
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 whole wheat mini bagels, split and toasted
- ½ cup low-fat granola

Preparation Method :
1) In a small bowl combine cream cheese, slightly mashed blueberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until well combined. Cover and chill for up to 2 hours. Stir before using.

2) Spread on toasted mini bagel halves. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon granola.

*sugar substitute: We do not recommend using a sugar substitute for this recipe.
