rosemary garlic parmesan frites recipe

Serves : servings 

Ingredients : 
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 4 medium to large russet or Idaho potatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (from about 2 big sprigs)

Preparation Method :
1) Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread 1 tablespoon of the olive oil over the foil.

2) Slice the potatoes very thinly into matchsticks and place in a large bowl.

3) Add the remaining 3 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic, cheese, salt, and rosemary to the potatoes and stir until all the potatoes are coated with the olive oil and seasonings.

4) Pour onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven, flip the frites, and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving plate, and enjoy.

NOTE :

These are great for dipping in some homemade Quick Ketchup.
