loaded tater tots recipe

Serves : 4 to 10

Ingredients : 
-1 (32-ounce) package Tater Tots or similar product
- ½ pound bacon, cut into small pieces (see note)
- 2 cups Mexican-blend shredded cheese or shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa, store-bought or homemade

Preparation Method :
1) Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray.

2) Spread out the Tater Tots on the baking sheet and sprinkle the bacon pieces on top of them.

3) Bake for 25 minutes, then loosen and flip the Tater Tots and bacon and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

4) Remove from the oven and serve with sour cream and salsa in bowls on the side.

NOTE :

I use kitchen scissors to cut the bacon.
