focaccia breadsticks recipe

Ingredients : 
- ¼ cup oil-packed dried tomatoes
- ¼ cup grated Romano cheese
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 13.8-ounce package refrigerated pizza dough

Preparation Method :
1) Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet; set aside. Drain dried tomatoes, reserving 2 teaspoons of the oil; finely snip tomatoes. In a large bowl combine tomatoes, the 2 teaspoons reserved oil, the cheese, water, and pepper. Set aside.

2) Unroll the pizza dough. On a lightly floured surface roll the dough into a 14×8-inch rectangle. Spread the tomato mixture crosswise over half of the dough. Fold plain half of the dough over filled half of the dough (rectangle should now be 7×8 inches); press lightly to seal edges. Cut the folded dough crosswise into sixteen ½-inch-wide strips. Twist each strip two or three times. Place twisted strips 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack; cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature.
